Cardio

Stepper - 20 minutes
Treadmill - 20 minute walk/run

Strength

Triceps - 3 sets; 12 reps (25 lbs)
Bicep Curl - 3 sets; 8 reps (40 lbs)
Abdominal Curl - 3 sets; 10 reps (50 lbs)
