Wall climbing - 30 minutes

Strength - New/different machines @ PAC Centre

Back extension - 2 sets; 10 reps (50bs)
Chest Press - 3 sets; 12 reps (30lbs)
Butterfly - 3 sets; 12 reps (30lbs)
