It has been awhile since I have gone to the gym, so I figured it was about time, even though I wanted to be lazy at home.
I am so glad I went. I feel much better!
Cardio
Stepper - 25 minutes
Strength
Pecs - 3 sets; 8 reps (30lbs)
Arm Extension - 3 sets; 8 reps (30 lbs)
Chest Pres - 3 sets; 8 reps (30 lbs)
Bicep - 2 sets; 16 reps (15 lbs free weights)
Abdominals - 3 sets; 10 reps
