Stepper - 20 minutes
Walk home from school - 30 minutes

Strength

Arm curl - 2 set; 8 reps (20lbs)
Biceps - 2 sets; 18 reps (15 lbs) - free weights
Crunches - 3 sets; 8 reps - 3 sets; 6 reps
