Stepper - 20 minutes
Treadmill - 20 minutes

Strength

Chest Incline - 3 sets; 12 reps (30 lbs)
Pecs - 3 sets; 10 reps (30 lbs)
Arm Extension - 3 sets, 10 reps (30 lbs)
Biceps - 3 sets; 16 reps (15 lb free weight)
Abdominals - 3 sets; 10 reps
