Volleyballl - 45 minutes
Strength
Squats - 3 sets, 10 reps, 10 lbs
Lunges - 2 set, 50 reps
Inner Thigh - 3 sets, 10 reps, 100 lbs
Outter Thigh - 3 sets, 10 reps, 100 lbs
now which one is it...I think it depends on the day, maybe week, or year
