Strength

Abdominals - 3 sets; 12 reps (50 lbs)
Bicep Curl - 2 sets; 8 reps (40 lbs)
Tricps - 3 sets; 12 reps (25 lbs)
Seated Dip - 3 sets; 12 reps (50 lbs)
