Strength

Abdominals - 2 x 3 sets; 10 reps
Upper Back - 3 sets; 10 reps (30 lbs)
Lower Back - 3 sets; 10 reps (60 lbs)
Lat Pulldown - 3 sets; 10 reps (60 lbs)
