Strength
Biceps - 10 reps, 3 sets, 12.5 lbs
Triceps - 10 reps, 3 sets, 12.5 lbs
Upper Back - 10 reps, 3 sets, 30 lb
Lower Back - 10 reps, 3 sets, 50 lbs
now which one is it...I think it depends on the day, maybe week, or year
