Crosstrainer - 30 minutes

Strength

Squats - 3 sets, 10 reps, 50lbs
Leg Press - 3 sets, 8 reps, 120 lbs
Back Legs - 3 sets, 10 reps, 20 lbs
Abdominals - 3 sets, 10 reps (floor); 3 sets; 10 reps (medicine ball)
