Leg Press - 10 reps, 3 sets, 90+ lbs
Hamstrings - 10 reps, 3 sets, weight of bar (40 lbs?)
Inner Thigh - 10 reps, 2 sets, 100 lbs
Outer Thigh - 10 reps, 2 sets, 100lbs
Leg Extension - 10 reps, 2 sets, 5 lbs
Ab Curls - 10 reps, 3 sets
