Strength

Abdominal Curl - 3 sets; 12 reps (40lbs)
Back Extension - 3 sets; 10 reps (70lbs)
Outer Thigh - 3 sets; 12 reps (120 lbs)
Butterfly - 3 sets; 10 reps (30lbs)
