Hockey - 2 hours (pretty intense with only 9 people)

Abs - 3 sets; 10 reps
now which one is it...I think it depends on the day, maybe week, or year

It has been awhile since I have gone to the gym, so I figured it was about time, even though I wanted to be lazy at home.
I tried out a new machine at the gym today for something different. Not really sure what it did, but it was a workout.
