I guess now that I am back from UK, I can start posting my progress. It wasn't like there was no exercise done in the UK - there was lots of walking.

I just wasn't very diligent about posting, and it really wasn't all that much to post.

But I need to get myself back into the program so that I am in shape for Jennifer's wedding. Or else, I am going to look like a big fat whale.
